Back by popular demand, we are providing new 2022 Courageous Conversations Luncheons as part of our Diversity & Inclusion initiative. At Luxa, we are committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Through this new initiative, it is our hope to engage members in our local area on various Diversity & Inclusion topics that may have a negative impact on employment practices and the workplace as a whole. These various topics are often discussed amongst our peers, and in silos – it’s time to bring those issues to the table to discuss in a safe and welcoming environment.
